What Is Healthy Food, Not To Loose Weight Just Get Healthy?!?

I’m 18, slender and I haven’t been very well recently, i work 2 jobs and it tire’s me out but i don’t want to have to leave my extra job as i enjoy it. I tend to eat fairly heathly but also have a bit of fast food. I just want to know if anyone can reccommend any quick “good for you” food to keep my body healthy? What is the best healthy food to keep up energy levels and isn’t to fattening? I’m hoping this will make me feel better and i can carry on working allot. Thanks for your help in advance.

I like to blend fresh strawberries, a banana, Ice and some OJ. just put in all the the blender, it tastes so good. Potassium is for energy and bananas are very good on bananas
You really want to stay away from quick sugar boost, EX. candy, and soda. All fruits are fine (bananas are very filling), Granola bars. Any food with natural sugar is the best for you. low sodium.
eat fruits always. try yogurt and energy drink to keep you on the go. Try bacchus.
