What Healthy Food To Eat Without Loosing Weight?
February 4th, 2010
I’m 5’2” and petite. My comfortable and healthy body weight is 110. I love food and alot of it, from fruits, some vegetables, and meats, to junk food and candy! Unfortuately I think I may have a poor and unhealthy diet. What are the best food to eat healthy by having to loose VERY little to no weight at all? Also include those especially good for the heart, which is very important.

Honestly, if you are content with your weight and you desire to eat healthy, all you will have to do is make sure you eat enough calories to maintain your weight. This is easy. Just look up your caloric intake on one of the many websites that can calculate it for you. Whatever number you come up with is the amount of calories you must ingest to maintain your current weight. From the way you posted your question, it sounds like you are under the impression that only those looking to lose weight eat healthy. This is far from true. Everyone should eat healthy, not just to lose weight, but to ensure they are taking in the proper nutrients for optimal health. This is the sole purpose of food anyway.
Man, i would love to have this problem! Just make sure you are eating lots of veggies, dark greens are specifically healthy. Proteins are so critical, for weight loss, lean proteins are better. Just to maintain, i’d say you are good to go with red meat, seafood, pork, you name it.
Just watch the processed foods, dressings, sauces, etc. Those contain a lot of sugar, and if you like to eat sweets, maybe you want to save up for those!
