Like today i got subway 12′ one of the ones that are 6 grams of fat and less and i ate half for lunch and im gonna eat half for dinner. I had no mayoi, cheese, or vinegar, just the meat, bread, and veggies. Are olives ok by the way???? cuz i asked for extra olives since i like olives. A Subway is a good choice, and so is a salad with low-calorie dressing. Get a copy of Jane Brody’s “Good Food Book.” It has a lot of excellent information about healthy eating and how to choose good foods away from home. Black olives have a lot of oil calories (but you need some fat in your diet), and green olives are salty.
