Jungle bones

    Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup plum sauce
  • 1/4 cup salt-reduced soy sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 2 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 1.5kg Aussie-style pork ribs

Method
Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan-forced. Combine plum sauce, soy sauce, garlic and ginger in a jug. Place ribs in a large cooking dish. Pour over sauce mixture. Turn to coat.
Bake for 1 hour 30 minutes, turning and basting every 30 minutes, or until ribs are browned and tender. Serve.
