Grapefruit, lemon pineapple juice with sunflower snack

    Ingredients
  • 1 grapefruit, peeled, halved, cut into wedges, seeds removed
  • 1/2 ripe pineapple, peeled, cut lengthways into quarters
  • 1 lemon, peeled, halved, cut into wedges, seeds removed
  • sunflower snack

  • 20g sunflower seed kernels
  • 50g brazil nuts

Method
Use a juice extractor to process the grapefruit, pineapple and lemon, transferring the juices to a medium jug. Mix well and pour into serving glasses.
Combine the sunflower and brazil nuts. Serve immediately with the juice.
