Cranberry and apple granitas

    Ingredients
  • 2 cups cranberry juice
  • 1 cup cloudy apple juice

Method
Combine cranberry juice and apple juice in a large jug or bowl. Pour into a shallow cooking pan, cover with foil and freeze for 45 minutes or until just set.
Remove from the freezer and use a fork to break up granita. Cover with foil and return to the freezer for another 2 hours or until slushy, scraping the mixture with a fork after 1 hour.
Spoon granita among serving glasses or bowls and serve immediately.
